Prior to CNMA, Radi started his Financial Services
career in 1981 with American National Insurance
Company then the following year worked with Prudential
Insurance from Sales Representative to Sales Manager.
With PRU, he belonged to the prestigious President
Club, a membership of Top 5% Producers in the
company of more than 15,000 worldwide at that
time.
A very active member of professional and business
associations, Radi is the Past President of the North Orange County Life
Underwriter Association (NAIFA-NOC),
the Asian Business Association of Orange County (ABAOC),
the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County (FACCOC),
and the Orange County Presidents Council (OCPC) - an umbrella
organization of more than 20 different multi-ethnic Business Associations/Chambers of
Commerce in Orange County. He is currently co-chairing the annual Asian-U.S. Business Summit &
Expo (www.AsianBusinessExpo.com), as
Vice Chairman of the hosting organization – the Greater Asia Business Federation,
in partnership with Asian American Expo and China-US Business Association, in cooperation
with 15 Asian Business Associations and Chambers of Commerce and 29 different supporting
organizations in Southern California – attended by 100,000 domestic and foreign business
owners and professionals, as well as consumers and market observers.
Before migrating to the U.S. in 1981, Radi started
his sales and marketing career while working during
his college years with Marketing Management major.
He was promoted from Sales Representative to Management
Trainee to District Sales Manager, then General
Sales Manager of Muller & Phipps (NY) International's
operations in the Philippines. M & P was one
of the biggest foreign-owned general merchandise
distributors in the recognized marketing regions
in the Far East during the seventies.
Radi’s challenge nowadays is to provide decent Global Employee Benefit Plans for those serving as Officers and Crews in the Airline and Shipping Industries, as well as those foreign nationals employed by the multi-national companies. Radi is also doing independent consulting work in Employer & Employee Benefits Planning, Business Organizational Network and Global Market Development & Promotion.
